I was quite disappointed with my Columbia padded jacket purchase. Within the initial usage itself, little feathers started coming out of the jacket, which I did not expect from a brand like Columbia.

What made the experience worse was the customer service. I tried reaching out for support, but the process was extremely frustrating. I could not properly create a support ticket, and it was mostly just AI-generated responses with no actual help or follow-up from a customer support representative. Because of that, I could not even proceed further with my issue.

Expected much better product quality and customer support from the brand.
