Return |
Product purchased on website in India will be returned to our central warehouse or the nearest store and would be subject to quality check by our designated team. |
Product purchased from a Columbia/Adventuras store in India need to be returned to the nearest store and would be subject to quality check by our designated team. |
Shipping |
If returning to the central warehouse, company will take care of all costs of shipping. If returning to the nearest store, the customer has to self-drop the product. |

Customer must retain the original invoice and MRP tag of the product and present it when returning the product. |
Turn-around time |
Standard Turnaround Time is 2-3 weeks from date of receipt. |

Actions taken |
- When the product is received under the warranty, we would replace it, repair it or offer exchange with a different product in lieu of the damaged product.
- The quality team updates on further procedure post checking if the defect is genuine.
- Customer care team connects with the customer on final decision shared by quality team.

Jurisdiction |
In case of dispute, it’s up to the sole discretion of Chogori India Retail Ltd.(CIRL) for further course of action. All disputes will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction. |
Warranty Exclusions |
- Our warranties cover mainly manufacturing defects like materials and workmanship.
- Our warranty does not cover damages that result from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
- It does not cover normal wear and tear or damages such as abrasion, scratches or fading.
- The warranty also does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to, or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
- Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
- If the product has already been repaired outside of CIRL, this would make the warranty void.
- Outdoor Tribe Loyalty Points from original invoice will be deducted in case of a refund.
- This policy is applicable to Indian customers only, for products sold by Chogori India Retail Limited(CIRL).

Limitation of Liability. |
Chogori India Retail Limited (CIRL) and its suppliers’, partners, affiliates’, and agents’ maximum liability pursuant to this limited warranty, or any other express or implied warranty, is limited to the purchase price you paid for the product. Neither CIRL nor its suppliers, partners, affiliates, or agents are liable for any inability to perform under this limited warranty due to events beyond its or their control, such as acts of god, or for property damage, personal injury, loss of use, or other consequential, punitive, or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, other than those damages which are incapable of limitation, exclusion or restriction under applicable law. |
