Warranty Policy :

Warranty period is 4 years from the date of import, as mentioned on the MRP tag.

If the MRP tag is not available, the date of manufacturing on the inner label of the product will be considered to calculate the 4-year period.

If the date of manufacturing is also unavailable, the warranty is then reduced to 6 months from the date of the customer invoice. Click to know more

Return

Product purchased on website in India will be returned to our central warehouse or the nearest store and would be subject to quality check by our designated team.

Product purchased from a Columbia/Adventuras store in India need to be returned to the nearest store and would be subject to quality check by our designated team.

Shipping

If returning to the central warehouse, company will take care of all costs of shipping. If returning to the nearest store, the customer has to self-drop the product.

Customer must retain the original invoice and MRP tag of the product and present it when returning the product.

Turn-around time

Standard Turnaround Time is 2-3 weeks from date of receipt.

Actions taken

  • When the product is received under the warranty, we would replace it, repair it or offer exchange with a different product in lieu of the damaged product.
  • The quality team updates on further procedure post checking if the defect is genuine.
  • Customer care team connects with the customer on final decision shared by quality team.

Jurisdiction

In case of dispute, it’s up to the sole discretion of Chogori India Retail Ltd.(CIRL) for further course of action. All disputes will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Our warranties cover mainly manufacturing defects like materials and workmanship.
  • Our warranty does not cover damages that result from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
  • It does not cover normal wear and tear or damages such as abrasion, scratches or fading.
  • The warranty also does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to, or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
  • Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
  • If the product has already been repaired outside of CIRL, this would make the warranty void.
  • Outdoor Tribe Loyalty Points from original invoice will be deducted in case of a refund.
  • This policy is applicable to Indian customers only, for products sold by Chogori India Retail Limited(CIRL).

Limitation of Liability. 

Chogori India Retail Limited (CIRL) and its suppliers’, partners, affiliates’, and agents’ maximum liability pursuant to this limited warranty, or any other express or implied warranty, is limited to the purchase price you paid for the product. Neither CIRL nor its suppliers, partners, affiliates, or agents are liable for any inability to perform under this limited warranty due to events beyond its or their control, such as acts of god, or for property damage, personal injury, loss of use, or other consequential, punitive, or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, other than those damages which are incapable of limitation, exclusion or restriction under applicable law.

Visit the ‘My Orders’ section in your account and click on the ‘RETURN/EXCHANGE’ tab and confirm your RETURN/EXCHANGE.

Return Flexibility

To save your time you can now visit any Columbia/Adventuras exclusive retail store to execute your return for the purchase(s) made on either websites.

You can directly exchange your product by clicking on the 'Order Details' section of your account. Select the size you wish to exchange, follow the instructions, and choose your replacement..

Exchanges will be restricted to size changes and style changes, of the same MRP and subject to availability.

Return/Exchange policy does not apply to baselayers & Undergarments.

Additional Points

  • In case of Cancellation of any article on either website, the same is allowed before the order gets shipped. In case an order is in transit, it can’t be canceled.
  • In case of purchases made outside of India, customer care in India will advise further course of action..
  • A product must have its original tags and packaging intact for a successful return. This includes Chogori's Tagloop, a plastic tag with a unique serial ID that's attached to eligible items before shipping. Customers can only return products if the Tagloop is intact.
