Poor quality of Columbia Crestwood Mid Waterproof

The shoes sent to me were not waterproof, leaking even in damp grass. The return process was really aggravating and poor, I had to send several emails and contact the call center before they arranged a pickup. Thereafter it took them two weeks to send a credit note as they claim they do not have a replacemnt. The credit note is a loss to me when I have to redeem it for something I may not want. I stongly feel that my money should be refunded in full. The Colubia care and their retailers Chogori should be more proactive in processing and answering claims. It is just not enough to sell the shoes, they should do a better job of aftersales sevice. A very poor show.
