Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. First of all, I have to call them after every order to ship the order. Despite of delivery destination is just 50kms from warehous/shipping source, it takes so many days to deliver. The estimate of 3/4 days delivery is entirely wrong. Regarding the product, I had to waste my time with customer support verifying the style number. The style number was not fetching any results regarding the product on internet as mentioned by columbia. The worst part was they didn't know what style number is. I just can't understand the long delivery time because it's just coming from nearby city.
