Grip design uncomfortable

The fabric quality and cooling effect of the Columbia Freezer Zero sleeves are good, they help in reducing heat while outdoors. However, the dotted grip design is uncomfortable. If you wear the sleeves for more than a short duration, those dots press into the skin and leave marks or slight indentations, especially if you have slightly larger arms.
Would be better if Columbia considered a smoother or adjustable grip system for long-wear comfort
