Terms and Conditions for Festive Gift Cards Promo (Website):

1. Non-Clubbing of Gift Cards: Two gift cards cannot be combined for a single purchase. Only one gift card can be used per transaction.

2. Online Redemption Only: Gift cards can only be redeemed on the official Columbia Sportswear India website, www.columbiasportswear.co.in. They cannot be used for in-store purchases.

3. Gift Card Validity: The validity period for gift cards is 1 year from the date of purchase. Any unused balance on the card will expire after this period.

4. Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom the card was issued. They cannot be resold or transferred to another individual.

5. No Cash Redemption: Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, either in whole or in part. They can only be used for merchandise on the Columbia Sportswear India website.

6. Return Policy: Purchases made with gift cards are subject to the same return policy as regular purchases. If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

7. Redemption: The coupon code has to be redeemed on a single purchase. It cannot be split into two different bills.

8. Modification of Terms: Chogori India Retail Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms.

9. In case of dispute: it’s up to the sole discretion of Chogori India Retail Ltd.(CIRL) for further course of action. All disputes will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
