Exchange Policy & Instructions
We may provide a one-time exchange. (We do not cover return shipping charges) if all of the following guidelines are satisfied:
- The purchase was made from columbiasportswear.co.in website.
- The items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods.
- The items are full priced items. (Item purchased under promotion, sale are not covered).
- Your apparel / Accessory must be in original and unworn condition, with tags still attached.
- Your footwear / Equipment must be in original and unworn condition, with the original box in new condition.
Please Note: Columbia Exclusive Retail Stores WILL NOT ACCEPT any Purchases made on www.columbiasportswear.co.in for Exchange/Return.

Step 2: Upon receipt of confirmation of availability, pack and ship your merchandise to us at the below address.

On receipt of your Return for Exchange Package, the contents will be verified to ensure it is unworn and in original condition with tags and or box intact. Confirmation of receipt of the returned article will be sent to you.
Please note that exchange requests will be subject to product availability. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchanges.
We have the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to offering customer a one-time exchange.
You are responsible for paying shipping charges to return products to us. For your protection, we advise that you use a traceable shipping method to send us your return for exchange and share the Tracking No of the courier with us.
We are not responsible for Lost in Transit for Items that Returned for Exchange.
