We promotes environmental conservation by not printing a catalog every season. Our website acts as a ‘virtual’ catalog. On our site, you have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes, and will have a larger selection than our stores or a catalog would be able to carry.

What is the exchange policy on Columbia Sportswear Merchandise?
We may provide one exchange online purchases upon proof of purchase if the item is unworn with the tags intact and returned within 14 days of purchase subject to conditions of our exchange policy. Please refer to our exchange policy and return instructions for more details.

Do you ship Internationally?
For safe & effective delivery, we do not offer this service outside India. For International deliveries please log on to www.columbia.com and select the country of your preferred delivery.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Your order will be shipped upon confirmation that we have your item in our current inventory. When that occurs, you will receive a ship confirmation email. This can take up to 2 business day. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, the estimated delivery time using ground shipping is approximately seven to fourteen* business** days. This time may vary with the final destination.
An auto-tracking alert will be generated upon shipping from our logistics partners that will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order and it will provide an estimated time for delivery.

Can you Ship to APO addresses?
It may be possible to ship to APO addresses however the only mode available is Speed Post / Registered Parcel. Please note that delivery time to an APO addresses will be subject to the Indian Postal Service hence delivery time is subject to the delivery times of Indian Postal services and not under our control. Please contact us for APO orders before making your purchase.
