Exchange Policy & Instructions

We provide a one-time exchange if all of the following guidelines are satisfied:

  1. The purchase was made from website.
  2. The exchange request is raised within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  3. The items are full priced items. (Item purchased under promotion, sale are not covered).
  4. Your apparel / Accessory must be in original and unworn condition, with tags still attached.
  5. Your footwear / Equipment must be in original and unworn condition, with the original box in new condition.

Please Note: Columbia Exclusive Retail Stores WILL NOT ACCEPT any Purchases made on for Exchange/Return.


Step 1: Email Us with details for reason for your exchange and the alternate size you are looking for at

Step 2: Upon receipt of confirmation of availability, we will arrange the reverse pick up.

On receipt of your product for Exchange, the contents will be verified to ensure it is unworn and in original condition with tags and or box intact. Confirmation of receipt of the returned article will be sent to you post which the request of exchange will be processed.

Important Note

Please note that exchange requests will be subject to product availability. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchanges.

We have the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to offering customer a one-time exchange.

We are not responsible for Lost in Transit for Items that Returned for Exchange.

  1. However we do provide exchange for the products purchased under a promotion on the website but we haven’t mentioned the same on the policy at our website
  2. In exchange if we don’t have the required size/product/color we provide online credit in the customer’s Columbia web-account will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.
  3. We should share the above mentioned 2 points on the website but since the retail stores don’t have this policy we don’t mention the same.
