Exchange Policy & Instructions

We provide a one-time exchange if all of the following parameters are met:

  1. The purchase was made from www.columbiasportswear.co.in website only.
  2. The exchange request is raised within 30 days of receipt of goods.
  3. The item(s) are full-priced items. Item(s) purchased under sale/discounts are not applicable for exchange.
  4. Your apparel/accessory must be in original and unworn condition, with all tags intact.
  5. Your footwear/equipment must be in original and unworn condition, with the original box in new condition.

Please Note: Columbia exclusive retail stores WILL NOT ACCEPT any purchase(s) made on www.columbiasportswear.co.in for exchange.

Instructions for Exchange

Step 1: Visit www.columbiasportswear.co.in and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Visit the ‘My Orders’ section in your account and click on the ‘Exchange’ tab and confirm your exchange. Alternatively, you can email us at columbiacare@chogoriindia.com with the exact reason of exchange along with your invoice number.

Step 3: Upon receipt of confirmation of availability of the required item(s), we will arrange the reverse pick up.

On receipt of your product for exchange, the item(s) will be verified to ensure it is unworn and in original condition with tags and/or box intact. Confirmation of receipt of the returned article will be sent to you post which the request of exchange will be processed. This typically takes 7-10 working days.

THINGS TO NOTE:

  • We only offer a one-time exchange.
  • Exchange requests will be subject to product availability and quality check approval by our quality experts
  • Any request for exchange raised after 30 days of delivery of item(s) will not be considered.
  • Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
  • In case the request style/size/color is not available in stock we provide online credit to your Columbia wallet.
  • You may use your Columbia wallet;
    • In case you are ordering an item lower that the value in your wallet
    • In case you are ordering an item at the same value as in your wallet
  • In the event that your order is of a value above the amount in your wallet, the order will qualify only as a prepaid order.
