|Job Description||The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining the store in order to ensure that Customer has access to necessary supplies. The Store Manager is also responsible for maintaining customer service, maintaining cash controls, and maintaining the store facilities.Responsibilities & Duties Responsible for Sales and bottom-line profits of the store. Regular tracking of ticket size & converting foot-falls in storeEnsuring attractive merchandise display & over all store layout. Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standardsMaintain, encourage and possess ownership mentality.Ensuring the adherence to SOPs in Store and smooth cashiering process
Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
Mapping competition in terms of categories, price points, physical appearance
Managing space allocations & selling space for advertisements, displays, promotions
Conduct regular store meetings and Encourage store employees to take ownership for their performance and career development plans.
Effectively manage employee turnover. Provide a positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
Building up a healthy culture by fostering organizational Values and maintain over all discipline in the Store
Reducing shrinkages and ensure Stock replenishment
|QualificationsAcademic Qualification: Graduate degree in any field.The incumbent must possess excellent verbal communication skills & personality, high level of Confidence, Experience in Sales & customer service.
